Returns & Cancellations


If you wish to cancel an order you may do so anytime before we despatch the order or within 7 days of receiving the Goods. You must contact us as soon as possible to advise us of your intention to cancel. You can do this by email (, fax, +44 (0)1806 522688, or telephone, +44 (0)1806 522365. You can also write to us at our postal mailing address, but we would advise you to use one of the other methods to ensure there are no delays.

If you cancel the order before it has been despatched we will refund you the price of the goods and the cost of delivery. If you cancel the order after the goods have been despatched, we will refund the price of the goods only. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us within 14 days and in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot refund goods which have been used, worn, damaged, or which have been specially made or altered to your requirements.

To cancel an order you must contact us before goods are despatched or prior to returning the order. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to identify the original order source, and therefore delay any refund.


If you are returning goods which are not faulty, you should refer to the cancellation policy.

If you receive goods which are faulty or damaged on receipt you should inform us at the earliest possible opportunity, or in any case, within 3 days of receiving them. You can do this by email ( ), fax, +44 (0)1806 522688, or telephone, +44 (0)1806 522365.

You should provide us with details of which goods are faulty, when they were purchased, and give full details of the defect or other reason for returning.

We will ask you to return the goods at your own expense, however this cost will be refunded in full once we have received and inspected the damaged goods. Please ensure you retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any items which go missing in transit.
