Made by WFT of Germany to a high specification, aimed at sport fishing in Norway but is ideal for Conger and general wreck fishing in the UK.
 
Many record fish have been caught with this rod in recent years and at least 3 Halibut over 100 lbs.
 
The finish is of the highest quality as are all the fittings. The reel seat and gimble are made of aluminium, the guides are WFT's own 'LTC' type which are unique in that no ceramic inserts are required as the guide ring is designed as one piece to accomodate the use of braid line.
 
The blank has ample power to land that once in a lifetime specimen fish and the tip has enough give to balance the lack of stretch of braid line:
