Unlike a Pirk, this new lure moves by winding up several turns of the reel then releasing the lure to fall freely into the fishing zone. You can feel the flutter of the bait through your rod while winding up.

Because of its unusual form, the lure moves slightly diagonally through the water so that on the descent the lure will stay within the fishing zone for longer and also cover a larger area of water.

The profile of the lure is more 'fish like' as it descends due to its horizontal aspect in comparison with the vertical aspect of normal Pirks. The take is often while the lure is descending or just when you start to wind up.

This is an excellent lure to catch Cod, Coalfish & Pollock in the UK & Norway.

The lure is supplied without hooks.
