The advantages of using soft bait

The use of soft bait when fishing around Norway's alluring coastline is intrinsic if you want to return with a large fish haul. This particular fishing tackle gear is a crucial tool which helps make up an angler's fishing box as the soft bait lure lets the fisherman reel in the fish catch. Classed as soft bait due to its plastic exterior, the lure is available in differing styles, for example a twister tail or a worm.

Whether you are looking to ensnare halibut or European sea sturgeon, the hook will only be bitten by the fish if the bait is enticing. Therefore the fisherman requires different types of soft bait to snare the fish – for example a Sea Fat Boy or a Seapoint Octopus. If you are hunting for that special fish catch, make sure you bring soft bait with you from the Ocean Tackle Store.

The benefits of angling in Norway

Whether you are on a fishing tour of the fjords or you take on a job to fish in the Norwegian Sea, fishing in Norway is an excellent opportunity to show off your tackle. In Norway, fishing is a way of life and affords anglers a great chance to use their fishing tackle fully in order to reel in fish as diverse as cod or sea bass. When participating in coastal and Norwegian deep sea fishing, anglers have the chance to haul in mackerel, coalfish and cod with the aid of robust rods and fishing hooks which suit harsh conditions.

If you want to trout or pike fish then stand on the shore of the inland freshwater lakes which have a large selection of these fish schools and afford you the chance to trial soft bait such as twintails or shads. Finally, salmon offer a great fishing experience; Norway is well known for its popular salmon lakes which can allow an angler to ensnare a salmon catch where you can occasionally find salmon as heavy as 20 kilos. To find the best tackle for fishing in Norway call Ocean Tackle Store today.
